Your order is normally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 days. As soon as it ships, we will email you the tracking information.

Estimated delivery is approximately 9–12 days after your order is placed. Delivery can occasionally take a little longer during holidays, severe weather, or unusually busy periods.

If there is any problem—or the item simply is not right for you—email support@statefolk.com within 30 days of delivery. This includes fit, size, color, a change of mind, damage, defects, or an incorrect item. We will arrange a free return or exchange and cover the return or exchange shipping cost. You will not pay return postage or a restocking fee. Include your order number and tell us whether you prefer a return or exchange.

Please email support@statefolk.com as soon as possible. If production has not started, we will do our best to update the order before it ships. If the order is already in production or on the way, you can still use our free 30-day exchange policy after delivery, and Statefolk will cover the exchange shipping cost.

Colors can appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and the garment color you select. Small variations are normal, while the overall artwork and character of the design remain consistent.

For best results, wash inside out with similar colors using cold water and a gentle cycle. Avoid ironing directly over the printed artwork, and always follow the care label attached to your garment.
