When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow the package.
Order timeline
- Dispatch: usually within 1–3 days after your order is placed.
- Estimated delivery: within 9–12 days from the order date.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show its first update after the carrier receives the package. This does not normally mean the package has stopped moving.
If tracking has not updated
If tracking has not changed for several days, or the estimated delivery window has passed, email support@statefolk.com. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout so we can check the shipment.
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier volume, severe weather, address issues, and customs processing for international shipments can occasionally cause delays. If that happens, we will help you understand the latest available tracking information.
