For questions about an order

Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout. If an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, photos are helpful. For an ordinary size, color, fit, or preference return, photos are not required.

Delivery and returns

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 days and estimated to arrive within 9–12 days from the order date. If there is any problem—or the item simply is not right for you—contact us within 30 days of delivery. Returns and exchanges are free, and Statefolk covers the return or exchange shipping cost.
